Shipping Options

Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. All orders come with tracking which will automatically be emailed to you once the package is ready to ship. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received tracking information.

$7.99 NZ Nationwide Standard Shipping Rate. 

$11.99 NZ Nationwide Rural Shipping Rate. Delivery may take an additional day due to rural delivery.

[Currently not Available] $18.99 Auckland Same Day Delivery. Order before 2pm for delivery between 6pm & 9pm same day. Limited areas available. If it is available the option will show when you select a shipping option at checkout.  

[Currently not Available] $23.99 Hamilton Same Day Delivery. Order before 11am weekdays for delivery between 6pm & 9pm same day. Limited areas available. If it is available the option will show when you select a shipping option at checkout.

Delivery Rates

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are couriered using Courier Post.

Checkout has all the delivery options currently available including our standard nationwide rate of $7.99, which does not include rural addresses. Rural deliveries come at an extra cost listed currently at $11.99 nationwide. Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, this can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received before 2pm so they make the 4pm courier, any orders placed after 2pm will be on the next days days courier. (We will try our best to get every order possible to the courier on the same day.)

International Delivery

If you require products delivered internationally please contact us with your location so we can give you a close estimate before you order. Prices will vary depending on the weight of your products and your locality. We can not currently ship drinks, liquids (such as sauces), anything glass, or cereal overseas outside of New Zealand sorry. If you are unsure about a product in your cart, feel free to call, text, email, tweet, or Facebook us for answers :) 

Payment Options

On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card, Paypal, Poli, Afterpay, Humm, Zip & Laybuy or bank deposit. Credit card, Afterpay, Humm, Zip, Laybuy and Paypal transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same or next work day. 

If you opt to pay by bank transfer your order will be shipped once the payment clears which generally takes overnight but in some cases (public holidays etc) this may take longer. Our bank account details are below for bank transfers.

If you forgot to grab the bank details from the checkout please deposit orders into the account below. Please ensure you include your order number (i.e. #30345) as a reference when depositing. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation you receive by email. You should also receive an email with our bank deposit information.
